About

I’m Muzammil Khan, professionally known as Muzammil Z Khan — MZK. Based in Lahore, Pakistan, I work at the intersection of software engineering, AI architecture, and practical technology adoption. Over around 18 years, my work has taken me through software development, enterprise systems, project management, teaching, and technical leadership. That experience shapes how I approach AI: understand the problem, choose an appropriate architecture, and build something people can use. Today, my focus is on AI agents, multi-agent systems, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and workflow automation.

Connecting AI with Real Work

I build AI applications that connect language models with tools, APIs, information sources, and business processes.

The work goes beyond generating an answer. It involves deciding what information a system needs, which actions it can take, where human approval belongs, and how its performance should be evaluated.

I’m particularly interested in orchestration, observability, evaluation, and the engineering decisions that help AI systems perform reliably under real conditions.

My approach combines technical implementation with a practical question: What improves for the person or team using this system?
